Plan a public visible watering meet up (defined by organizer, location, start time, optional end time, describing text (which then can contain e.g. request for bringing / providing hand barrows, watering cans, watering sacks, cargo bikes, coffee and cake, etc.)
other users of the platform may accept or decline participation
