Check test center availability for a certain point in time in advance #21

use case: want to know which test centers are open the next morning, so I can decide, whether I need to make a appointment today or can go to a test center just before departure the next day.

Maybe reuse https://github.com/CodeforLeipzig/opendata-leipzig-playground/blob/master/docs/14_leaflet_events.html#L51 visible here: https://codeforleipzig.github.io/opendata-leipzig-playground/14_leaflet_events.html but only use one date time select

Maybe, the search filter I implemented for Briefkastenkarte once is helpful here.
The challenge is to design the UI in a way so it works on mobile as good as on a large (desktop) screen.
