population numbers in districts_complete.csv different to nepalmap.org #13

I'm just using the census data to generate heat maps of Nepal in R But checking the data with nepalmap.org I found that the population numbers a slightly different when you sum up all VDC of a district e.g.

DISTRICT	CSV	nepalmap.org
Achham	256188	257477
Banke	485164	491313

Also total population 25933281 vs 26494504
