Find VDCs with census data that are not yet mapped #109

Among the VDCs and municipalities in the census-data project, there are a handful that are not mapped to geo data. It would be good if we could map them to one of the VDC-level locations we have in our maps. However, there may not be a mapping. The mapping data and census data come from different sources. It may be that these VDCs and municipalities are part of some other VDC or municipality in the map data. This CSV file in the geo project lists all VDCs and muncipalities that are in our map data. Here are the missing VDCs, with links to their districts in NepalMap:

Dang: GHORAHI MUNICIPALITY (I believe this is Tribhuwan Nagar Municipality http://www.nepalmap.org/profiles/vdc-2911-tribhuwan-nagar-municipality/). The map overlay for that munipality has Ghorahi in text underneath that area, and no census data currently maps to Tribhuwan Nagar Municipality.) DONE Dhading: DHUWAKOT Sarlahi: BHELHI Bara: PRASAUNA, BASATPUR, BAGHAWAN, and LAXMIPUR KOTWALI Sindhupalchowk: DHUMTHANG and BHOTANG DONE Kavre: DANDAGAUN and BOLDE FEDICHE

Possible matches:

Sindhupalchok DHUMTHANG -> vdc 351 "Dhuyang" fits in location in Google maps BHOTANG -> vdc 385 "Motang" fits in Google Maps location. Wikipedia lists Motang and Bhotang as names for the same place

Bara PRASAUNA -> vdc 919 "na" fits in location in Google Maps BASATPUR -> vdc 871 "Bhaganpur" fits in location in Google Maps

Attached is a list of all the vdc-level entries from the gadm geo data that have no census data for them. These may help map the missing VDCs. geo-vdcs-missing-data.xlsx

Some of the geo-data VDCs that are identified in this issue have not yet been mapped to VDCs in the census-data. Not all of them were solved by #112. We can either re-open this issue or open a new issue for the rest of them.
