Moved to bar charts for practicality, but they're boring. Prettify.

Hi @CristinaSolana - This is issue is getting a lot of clicks through the Civic Tech Issue Tracker. I bet with some more details and direction, one of those clickers would do some of the CSS you're looking for help on.

Check out this old issue of mine that some one else fixed because we had enough info there.
