Bryce downloaded the 2018 Tide Charts for the state of Florida. They are here: https://i.bf1c.us/tides-2018.tar.bz2

We need to do a few things:

Create a sub-folder in the Will It Flood app for 2018 and put the tide charts in there.
Change the logic so the app looks for 2017 and 2018 tide data until January 1, 2018, at which point it looks only for 2018.

Unfortunately, these seem to be Massachusetts stations.
