Water Sample Number #9

Add a field where the user may enter a water sample container number to the flood report. This will be used to match water sample container numbers that will be processed 24-48 hours after the flood report is taken. We want to be able to associate a sample number with a flood report.

FYI the water sample is used to test for nutrient-rich content.
