Updated checker/validator do not show up in changes, disallowing commit #459

Steps:

  1. update validator/checker from web interface.
  2. click save
  3. [move around in the problem]
  4. files are changed, but diff is empty, thus no commit is possible

Workaround: open the problem again from problems/contest page
