problem access settings are counter-intuitive

In "Manage access" tab, there are several possible tickboxes. Some of them, like "reviewer" and "translator", actually strip the user of 90% rights, allowing to access only a subset of the problem. It is counter-intuitive that enabling an option actually removes rights, and in my experience, users did that unwittingly more than once. Perhaps the UI should be redesigned to make the implications clear.

Correction: "Reviewer" is enabled by default; so this is perhaps only about "Translator".
