Add charging / discharging status tolerance

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. At the moment predbat is controlling my batteries with a status of freeze discharging, I.e reserve is set to current SoC and any solar is being exported, but the inverter is reporting a nominal trickle charge still occurring which the card is reporting as charging when in reality the inverter isn't doing anything significant

Describe the solution you'd like Would like to introduce a tolerance, eg 50w below which small charges or discharges are reported as idle

Describe alternatives you've considered Custom template sensor to hide the small charges or just ignore it

Hi - this seems like a good idea and should be doable with relative ease. Might not be in the near future, but I'll look into it as soon as I can.
