Show background image in jquery cycle on IE #208

Hi Guys,

I have just used the Nivo Slider in one of client sites. I hate IE - and again it gives me more reason too, as it is now blocking out my body background colour and repeating graphic gradient.

I have narrowed it down to the jquery file /nivo-slider/demo/scripts/jquery-1.6.1.min.js

my webpage is at: http://www.edrillaustralia.com.au/edrill-home which works fine in chrome and firefox.

has anyone else had the same problem? or is anyone able to help solve this issue.
