Overall a great implementation, but there are some small things that would really improve the usage:
1) allow images to be selected from the media library, not only uploads.
2) provision for opening some urls in a new window.
3) provision for using the WP native "select from current content" for urls.
4) Idiot-proofing the edit/delete ajax functions. The two buttons are very close.
Just some food for thought for future development. I have the dev license so I can include it with custom themes for clients. I may fork the codebase and do some of these enhancements myself, if I find the time.
