After loading the carouFredsel dont show right. #4

Afther the page is load the caroufredsel wont show 3 items in the right way. the arrows ar also gone. is there a way to fix this? u can see it here. http://fgm.d2.floro.nl/

Arrows ar back if i put them outside the div. But i can't get 3 items beside each other.
