Fixed issues for HelpScout tickets #9

Hiding elements on other pages then nivo post type pages. This solves 2 issues on HelpScout issue list below.

@selul should fix both tickets

@preda-bogdan since @selul is away and this looks like a safe fix, can you also increase the version +1 and merge it?

@ineagu I will merge the pull request bump version to v2.0.1 and tag a new release.
