Avada saved page content is optimized #413

Describe the bug When using Avada Live to save a page the content of the page has optimized urls saved.

To Reproduce Create a page with avada builder and add an image. Then edit it with avada live and the image will be optimized in the post content.

Expected behavior Do not replace saved content with optimized urls. We already had a compatibility for this but is now working anymore (although the query url is still fb-edit ) .
