Externally generated posts don't have the instant sharing checked by default #914

Description

A user complained about the fact that posts coming from a different API still don't have the instant sharing active even if the option is set in the ROP's general settings.

I managed to replicate this using Feedzy's posts.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

  1. Go to ROP > Dashboard > General Settings and enable these three options: image
  2. Go to Posts > Add new and see if it has the instant sharing checked: image
  3. Go to Feedzy and create a new import using a random feed, e.g.: https://www.codeinwp.com/feed/
  4. Run the import and navigate to Posts
  5. Open one post created with feedzy and see if the instant sharing is checked:
