feat: add info panel

Summary

Added a small info panel in Chart Edit to display:

• shortcode with Copy to clipboard
• chart title

Will affect visual aspect of the product

@Soare-Robert-Daniel, maybe you are not finished with this one but I tested the current version and I see that Chart Title is not editable field. It should be editable so users can change chart title. By default we render ID of the chart there but they can change it to whatever they want.

Also, when clicking Copy it would be nice to have the same experience with a popup like we currently have it in library:
