Update plugin name at the bottom text of settings pages #363

At the bottom of the lightstart settings pages we have a notice wth the outdated plugin name:

If you like WP Maintenance Mode please leave us a ★★★★★ rating. A huge thank you from WP Maintenance Mode makers in advance!

Would be good to replace WP Maintenance Mode with Lightstart.
