Limit/set number of portfolios on homepage

Every portfolio post will be shown on homepage, there is no way to select/disable that. This is an issue for someone with many portfolios.

We should add a feature where we can set a limit to max number of portfolios or a way to select which porftolios should be shown and which shouldn't.
