Stylesheet Table of Contents #664

I wanted to suggest adding table of contents to the stylesheet but first it needs to be formatted properly.

This are the sections I found in the stylesheet: 1.0 Reset 2.0 Typography 3.0 Buttons 3.0 Elements ** COLORS

Actually we can't, I copied the ToC from Hestia thinking I can use the template and make a quick getaway with it, but then I parsed through the file and saw that it's a bit of a mess as you can see from my previous listing. I left the ToC there to have a starting point.
