Add `creatorId: UserId` attribute to the `Video` model #18

Update the videos DB table storing this new attribute value
Require this parameter value in the POST /videos/ endpoint
Expose this parameter while publishing video_created domain events
Refactor shared module components in terms of directory hierarchy. This way we follow the same convention inside the shared package as we've done in the other modules.
