8 years ago Yes totally agree. This should definitely be the case for all Champions and for Adult 'Mentoring' badges.
There will be criteria for the mentoring badge for youth though - like must have mentored at 5 Dojos. Let me check what Pete has in terms of criteria for soft skills.
