Ticketing admin redesign

• Grid based UI (a la Manage Users) (5)
  • Bulk actions
  • Show approved tickets altogether by session
• Show pending approvals by ticket/session (5)
  • Include info on capacity
• Allow filtering by ticket name (1)
  • Remove filtering by ticket type since name is probably enough? (@rosalanghammer)

@DanielBrierton to review a table based approach as opposed to Grid for this.

Also would we have both incase of ticket names being the same. e.g. Scratch (ticket type mentor), Scratch (ticket type youth)?

not filtering : if the end use is to know how many {userType} there is in a session : just display that number. It's not like we have dynamic usertypes..
