Add Link to E-Learning Modules on Resources page #1132

Can we please add a link to the E-learning modules on the resources page https://coderdojo.com/resources/

So that people who go to our resources realise we have them on offer. Here is the blog link: https://coderdojo.com/news/2016/09/06/launching-the-first-coderdojo-e-learning-modules/

If i remember well, we can't "redefine" the login page and we don't allow users to "self-register" on learnUpon (LU) or a simple reason : we group users based upon their user type on Zen; nor can we hotlink the ressources w/o login. Hence those links to ressources should be a registration link (if not registred) which then redirect to the approval to share data w/ LU.
