Currently, the ability to add another parent to a child is buried in the edit profile page of the child you want to add the parent too. This isn't very intuitive. The ideal place for this functionality now is the My Children page as it makes it more discoverable for parents.
Need to consider UX before starting, as it's very much a secondary function that would be seldom used. Needs the right balance of discoverability and not getting in the way too much.
