Add dojo name to My events's tickets

When visiting the user's events from /dashboard/tickets (user menu->my events), the Dojo name is not displayed. It's fine if you're part of a single Dojo, but a bit disturbing when running multiple. I've come to ask myself "from which dojo is this event ?" as part of the process of asking myself if I'm around at that time. I would recommend adding the Dojo name under the event name. Thoughts @conoramurphy ?
