Add lesson.json to all of our existing lessons #31

Most of our lesson repos don't have a lesson.json file. Right now http://coderdojosf.com/admin is scoped to the CoderDojoSF Organizers team so it might be nice to add a few more people to that team to help backfill lessons so our website has all of our lessons available. The Admin section of the site has an easy form to fill out to create a lesson.json which you can then copy/paste into the lesson repo using GitHub's web flow.

Actually, looks like I've got it scoped to the Mentors team so there is quite a big group that can help add lesson.json files to each existing lesson. /cc @CoderDojoSF/mentors

It would be nice if each lesson had an image to associate with it in the lesson.json file as well (like the first few that we've done http://coderdojosf.com/lessons).
