Adds renderers for numbered notations.

[x] Base Renderer added
[x] Rendering of 'key signature' ( 1 = xxx )
[x] Rendering of correct accidentals
[x] Rendering of correct numbers
[x] Rendering of effects (dead notes, ties,..)
[x] Rendering of note octave
[x] Rendering of note durations (dots, lines and tuplets)
[x] Extend test suite
