Crash when Re-joining/ or Creating a New Singleplayer World #202

Ive been trying to figure out this problem for weeks already, i had to remove and replace a number of mods, good mods for my modpack just to find a means to end this damn bug!

Heres my 1st and 2nd Crash report that appeared both in unison

I am getting this crash as well. I just removed the mod from my pack
