Step-Assist #204

I accidentally enabled step-assist skill "Hill Walker" in Agility tab. I couldn't find a way to turn it off so I ran command line to reset agility tab and that did not work. I then tried disabling the trait and that didn't work either. Step-assist is very annoying....

If memory serves I am pretty sure it is reskillable.hillwalker for how it is in the command (I recommend using tab complete to verify though)

Thanks for comment but the command did work in GUI I watched it toggle. I pulled name of trait from mod config.
