The links of the footer section doesn't work.

Describe the bug The links given in the Footer section of the website do not redirect to the respective part of the website due to them not being an anchor tag.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Footer section of index.html.
2. Link the footer section links to their respective webpages.

Expected behavior The links given in the Footer section of the website will redirect to their respective webpages.

There is a events.html file right?? I thought it was meant for those links. Sorry if I was mistaken.
