Made Goto top button static, changed the header in Navbar

@Ayan-thecodeking @DevIncept I am part of DevIncept program and made some contribution hope these changes get merged in main branch.

Fixes

1st issue: Go to top was fixed at bottom always 2nd issue: #79 removed the blur effect from navbar
