Missing PHP requirement ^7.4 in gridelements v11 #31

Gridelements v11 can be installed with TYPO3 v10, but not with PHP lower than 7.4

Since PHP 7.3 or lower had reached end of life in late 2021, I did not expect TYPO3 to be running on lower versions anymore - that's why this is indeed missing. - So thanks for the hint - will be fixed with the next release.

Thanks! I noticed it during an upgrade from TYPO3 v7 to v10 while still on PHP 7.2. Composer pulled the Gridelements 11 version instead of 10.
