[ ] Fix bug: UncompleteTaskApplicationCommand should be executed only if status === 'Uncompleted' Add tests cases for LearningMaterialsTaskRestController similar to email-confirmation.rest-controller.ts. Ensure that appropriate commands are execute for specific requests. Add documentation for Uncomplete task in swagger docs.
