Alternative/custom format strings for "download track info as CSV" #137

Specifically, people have asked the possibility to have Vocaloids in the artist 
field. Other fields like release date and album artist have been requested as 
well.

Either provide multiple alternatives, or even better, completely custom format 
strings.
