Privacy option to hide album collection from other users #155

Some users don't want others to know which albums they own. It should be 
possible to make ownership status and media type hidden.

This should affect both the user profile and "users with this album in 
collection" popup on the album details page (replacing the previous "public 
ratings" setting).
