Aliases for tags or linking tags together #74

Currently there are multiple tags meaning the same thing, for example 
human_singer and human_singers. These should be aliased or linked together.

Tag hierarchy might also work.

The implementation works as follows: a tag can be marked as an alias for 
another tag. From that moment on, all future votes will transparently go to 
that "actual" parent tag. Existing votes are not changed automatically, only if 
those users update their votes for a particular song.

Still need to update tag total usage calculations.
