Allow external links to be categorized, so that important links can be highlighted #86

Categories could be for example:

Official
- Artist's own website, blog

Commercial (authorized merchant/sales)
- Amazon, Toranoana, CDJ, YesAsia etc.

Reference
- Vocaloid wiki, MikuWiki, MikuDB

Other

Old links could be updated automatically for the most part, and for new links 
the category would be suggested.

Also, should add an informative tooltip/popup above the external links list 
explaining how this all works.
