To show team in next meeting, implement:

On mapNode hover, overlay info of hovered node on top of mapInfo panel w/ background color (neutral dark)
On mapNode hover, change background color of related nodes (Project's director node)

Implemented first hover effect -- change postinfo on hover -- and demonstrated to project team. Decision made to not use these additional hover effects to simply ux. Didn't implement second hover effect -- change color of related nodes -- as the effect would be inconsistently applied, depending on if related node is displayed or is in overflow
