When Minecraft is focused, its window renders over everything else on the display, including the Windows start menu and taskbar. I also noticed that there is a small flicker whenever I focus/unfocus on the Minecraft window, so it might be trying to use exclusive fullscreen or something like that. I did not have this issue on my old PC but the Minecraft and Borderless Gaming setups are exactly the same. My old PC had a 3060 Ti while this one has a 7900 XTX, so it could be AMD driver related
Steps to reproduce
Launch Minecraft Java Edition, ensuring that fullscreen is off in video settings
Use Borderless Gaming to make Minecraft borderless fullscreen
Press the Windows key to open the start menu
Start menu and taskbar are not visible until you unfocus on Minecraft and press the Windows key again
