cant buy Dark Mode DLC on Steam #657

Summary

Hi, i try to activate "DarkMode" - but i cant buy the DLC in Germany...

also: why is the Steam-Version 188MB - this sounds very strange to me...

would be nice if i get at least an answer - i paid for the product

If you update to the latest version it should work
