Kade Engine 1.5.4 + Character Selection + Loading Screen #5

Ported HoloFunk to Kade Engine 1.5.4
Added Character Selection Screen between Fubuki and Aloe
If you haven't select your character yet, it'll make select your character before entering main menu
You can change character later in Option -> Misc -> Change Current Campaign
Added HoloFunk note style (Option -> Appearance )
Added Songs for Fubuki campaign
Rearrange Fubuki and Aloe file to be separated so it'll be a lot easier to edit in future

Unfortunately, character selection probably won't be used. The rest of it will be considered.
