Request: Redstone control for radio block #23

The ability to shut off/turn on a radio with redstone would be cool. I'd like to make some sort of announcement system for a base, or other controllable voice communication/messages, and this would be a good way to turn it on and off without just breaking the radio and putting it in a chest or something.

i believe the radio will eventually have some—albeit limited—redstone controls. the intricate controls come in mid to late game, when you unlock the specialized blocks for each functions: transmitters, receivers, speakers, microphones, etc. at the moment the radio was added more as a proof of concept that i would be able to implement a block that can output audio from frequencies
