Since the question is not present in repository, u need to make a folder with question name, add the question.md file with sample input and output and add the ratInMaze.cpp file in the same folder. you can refer to point 4(make changes locally section) in readme for reference

Hope you will make the changes soon and then generate pull request it will be merged😃
