Find genes that are involved in a possible regulatory interaction.

Enhancers (positive correlation) Silences (negative correlation)

There is more logic needed for this rather than just plain +1/-1 r-value. Think through what information FlyMine provides.

This epic will, most likely, take a lot of time since it involves retrieving other data from Intermine.
