Cool! Not sure who the end user if for this, but generally I recommend minconda(3) rather than anaconda, since the former is about a 10th the size (there are about 150 packages that anaconda installs automatically). Especially if I'm deploying with Docker.

This definitely explains why the image takes forever to build haha! Thanks Trevor!!

Currently for personal use for python-based bioinformatics pipelines on broad's server, but hopefully over time it can accumulate more standard libraries for others to use.
