Created login page template. There was some code in there previously which I adjusted what was in there previously based on bootstrap form research I did and adding formatting (same as Signup page) but please let me know if you disagree. Styled with a couple of colors from style sheet but kept it pretty basic for now so we can sync up on additional styling.
