Adding MIT LICENSE

I propose adding a MIT License to our repository.

MIT License seemed most appropriate as "A short and simple permissive license with conditions only requiring preservation of copyright and license notices. Licensed works, modifications, and larger works may be distributed under different terms and without source code."

Also notice that in this repository, because they added a "license", a new icon is added to their repository (as circled). The file I added via this pull request would do the same for ours.
