Interrupt the speech #4

There should be a way to interrupt it while speaking. Just in case your are in a meeting or something like that... Disabling the addon is not enough. Maybe detecting the mozChromeEvent volume-down-button-pressed?

What about to use this key to skip to the next message? And another combo for complete shut up?
