Twitch announcements don't show up on the overlay #20

A moderator using /announce would not see their message appear on the screen at all. They should appear with a special background/style, maybe lock to top for a while.

🚧 Update after https://github.com/CodingGarden/sproutkit/commit/94fe1f06d38d163dd3e1a2913134627d201334ed ✨ Announcements now appear in the overlay. 🎨 The styling of the card match the one on the Twitch native chat, with borders on each side following the same color and pattern. 🐛 Animations on new message are broken for now, it will be worked on in short notice. ✅ The idea of locking to top for a short period has been accepted, and it will be added at a second time.

Announcements can also pin themselves on top of the chat or do different things based on the color.
